Inbound Sales Representative at atNorth This role is positioned at the center of our inbound commercial flow, acting as the first point of contact for new opportunities and playing a key role in ensuring a structured, efficient, and scalable sales process. You will enable the broader Sales organization to focus on larger and more complex deals, while independently managing smaller, standardized opportunities. You will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads and leading sales opportunities up to a defined size, using standardized solutions, pricing, and agreements. The role requires a combination of commercial understanding, structured execution, and strong communication skills. Key responsibilities: A key focus of the role is to ensure a fast, consistent, and high-quality handling of inbound opportunities. You will assess and qualify leads, manage standardized proposal processes, and ensure efficient handover across the organization. You will be responsible for initial qualification of all inbound opportunities in accordance with atNorth’s qualification framework and dispatch relevant opportunities to the appropriate Sales representatives based on customer segment and scope. You will own the full proposal process for smaller colocation opportunities, utilizing predefined templates, solutions, and pricing models to ensure efficiency and quick turnaround times. This includes managing client communication throughout the bid process, clarifying requirements, presenting solutions, and addressing any questions. From a commercial and contractual perspective, you will adapt standard colocation agreements within predefined thresholds, ensuring alignment with atNorth’s pricing policies and deal structures. Beyond execution, you will ensure proper documentation of all proposals and customer interactions, manage contract closure, and drive the formal handover to Operations and Finance. You will also contribute to continuous improvement of the standardized bid process and support outbound initiatives, including targeted outreach and preparation of sales materials in collaboration with the high-density colocation team. Your profile Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar Minimum 2 years of experience working with customer contracts within IT, infrastructure, or real estate Experience with digital sales, inbound handling, or standardized solution selling is an advantage Strong digital understanding, including experience with IT systems, platforms, and AI tools Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality outputs.
