This role manages inbound transportation across both air, sea and road freight, ensuring products arrive on time, within budget to support inventory availability and critical product launch schedules. Working cross-functionally with Buying, Merchandising, Operations, and Warehouse teams, the Inbound Logistics Manager plays a key role in maintaining supply chain performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be responsible for: Manage the international inbound logistics network, coordinating shipments from global suppliers to the company’s DCs. Oversee air freight and ocean freight operations, balancing service levels, transit times, and transportation costs. Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delays, capacity constraints, and transportation disruptions. Partner closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Operations teams to align inbound logistics activities with product launch schedules. Ensure launch-critical inventory is prioritized and delivered according to agreed timelines. Provide regular updates on shipment status, risks, and mitigation plans to key stakeholders. Build strong relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers. Monitor supplier shipping performance and compliance Negotiate freight rates and service agreements to ac
