About this role:     As a Project Manager at UptimeAI, you will lead the end-to-end execution of customer implementation projects, working side by side with our Technical Consultants and offshore teams. You’ll own timelines, scope, communications, and coordination across global stakeholders to ensure our customers go live successfully—on time and with measurable value.  You will be the operational glue that connects internal and external teams, drives accountability, and ensures project milestones are met. Your job is to keep everyone aligned, risks managed, and our customers confident throughout the journey.    What You'll Do:  - Own the project plan for each customer implementation—from kickoff through go-live and early value realization.  - Partner with the Technical Consultant to coordinate discovery, handoffs, testing, and deployment.  - Drive internal and customer-facing project meetings, track decisions, and follow up on action items.  - Manage project risks, escalations, and cross-functional dependencies.  - Provide clear, proactive communication to customers and internal stakeholders on status, timelines, and next steps.  - Ensure documentation is maintained and deliverables are tracked in tools like ClickUp (or equivalent).  - Continuously look for ways to improve project workflows, templates, and consistency across engagements.  - Support multiple customers and stakeholders across different time zones.  Requirements:  - 5+ years of experience managing customer-facing technology or software implementation projects.  - Experience working in global environments and coordinating with cross-functional and offshore teams.  - Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.  - Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.  - Comfort with ambiguity and proactive problem-solving mindset.  - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Monday.com http://Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet).  - Background in industrial, manufacturing, or process optimization environments is a plus.  - PMP or equivalent certification is a plus but not required.  What Success Looks Like  - Implementation projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.  - Customers feel guided, informed, and supported throughout their onboarding journey.  - Internal teams are well-coordinated, and handoffs happen smoothly.  - Risks and issues are surfaced early and addressed with minimal disruption
