Bluesight seeks a passionate project manager with experience leading SaaS-based software implementation teams. The implementation team lead will be a player-coach directly taking on project tasks while owning strategic department initiatives and coaching the team to drive results. This person is an expert at forming and maintaining strong relationships with their staff as well as key stakeholders and end users on the project side.  The ideal candidate is a strong people leader, passionate about fostering teams and has an eye for the big picture. This person can operate in an environment that is often ambiguous and requires creativity to resolve issues.
