The job:  As an Implementation Consultant – Payroll, you will report to a Team Leader and collaborate with all colleagues in the business. The purpose of this role is to configure our IntelliPen suite of products for our clients, including solutions that support pension administration, multi-jurisdictional pensioner payrolls and payroll calculations. Troubleshoot payroll runs, resolve calculation discrepancies, and provide knowledge transfer and training to client implementation teams. Here's what you'll be doing: · You are responsible for all aspects of configuring our “IntelliPen” administration system to meet our clients’ requirements, including but not limited to the configuration of workflows, data maintenance screens, interfaces with other systems, pensioner payroll processing, payroll calculations, data migrations, reports and benefit calculations. · Meeting with clients to gather requirements · Communicating with clients throughout the software customisation process to obtain feedback and approval. · Customising software systems based on clients’ individual needs and specifications. · Educating clients on how to use IntelliPen and customised system features. Engaging with our training team when required.
