This role requires in-depth product knowledge and a strong consultative skillset to effectively work with our customers on how to best implement & derive value from our software. Team members must be comfortable working on-site and virtually as part of one or more customer engagements. Throughout the life cycle of our projects, the Implementation Consultant will be responsible for everything from leading requirements workshops, configuring our software, and creating process documentation, to delivering user training, troubleshooting suspected issues, and supporting our customers’ manufacturing sites as they go-live with their Amtech solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience implementing solutions as part of an enterprise application software company.
