Together, we are reimagining every part of the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.   Role Summary The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the production processes in a manufacturing facility.  This role ensures that products are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget while meeting quality standards. The Manufacturing Manager also focuses on optimizing processes, managing staff, and maintaining safety standards.   Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Supervision and Leadership: •    Lead, manage, and supervise a team of manufacturing supervisors. •    Assign tasks and monitor the daily activities of the manufacturing supervisors. •    Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to manufacturing supervisors. Production Management: •    Ensure department production schedules and targets are met. •    Monitor departments production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet demand. •    Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production Quality Control: •    Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures for responsible department. •    Inspect products to ensure they meet quality specifications for responsible department. •    Identify and resolve production and quality issues within the time frame of job schedule for responsible department. Safety and Compliance: •    Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for responsible department. •    Conduct regular safety inspections and coordinate training sessions for responsible department. •    Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards for responsible department.
