Description
A dedicated and experienced HVAC Site Engineer is needed to join our construction team. As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various construction projects. You will work closely with project teams to deliver efficient and effective HVAC solutions that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design, calculate, and specify HVAC systems in compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate HVAC systems into building designs. Prepare detailed HVAC layouts, schematics, and technical documentation using BIM and CAD software. Conduct site inspections and supervise the installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment. Perform troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance activities to ensure system performance and reliability. Ensure HVAC systems comply with relevant codes, standards, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC engineering, preferably in the construction industry in UAE. Proficiency in HVAC design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and HAP. Sound knowledge of HVAC systems, design principles, and industry standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations is preferred. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
