If you are interested in gaining first-hand experience of working in an advertising agency, this is your opportunity.   What You’ll Do   Supporting company recruitment processes. Managing the search and selection processes for our Young Talent Program. Utilizing internal applications and digital recruitment platforms, resume screening, phone/online interviews, and identifying new talent. Assisting in the management of agreements with various Educational Institutions (e.g., Collaboration Agreements, Internship Annexes). Providing support in the administrative control and management of new hires/onboarding. Managing and maintaining internal databases and the talent pool of profiles. Supporting the HR department with various tasks (e.g., career/job fairs, presentation preparation, training). Assisting with coordination with other departments (e.g., Payroll, Administration, IT). What You’ll Need A high level of English, approximately C1. Ability to secure an internship agreement with a university/school. Currently studying Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Sociology, Education, Law or a related Master's program. Conditions: Duration: 6 months Hours: 5 hours daily, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Study allowance: €300 net per month Immediate start Location: Calle Ríos Rosas 26, 28003, Madrid  How We’ll Support You   Ogilvy celebrates its people.
