What you'll do: Responsible for all-rounded HR functions including but no limited to Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development or HR administrative related tasks Support HR Operations tasks including but not limited to payroll operations, staff movement process, insurance & MPF enrollment, staff inquiries, benefits administration and reporting Engage in end-to-end recruitment process, i.e. interview coordination, pre-boarding and on-boarding and etc. Maintain staff records, personal files and leave records and assist in work visa applications Key contact of the Internship Program and work closely with the universities career centres Perform ad-hoc HR-related duties as assigned by team Experience that contributes to success: Degree holder with 1-2 years of work experience, preferably major in Human Resources Management, fresh graduates are also welcome Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin  Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing Be enthusiastic and flexible to undertake a wide range of tasks, with an ability to think on their feet and provide solutions Be punctual, detail-minded and capable of working independently as well as part of a busy team # LI-HL1 You belong at Burson: Our vision is for Burson to be the leading ‘academy company’ for creative communications professionals and emerging leaders.
