JASARA PMC is searching for a skilled HSE Manager to join our progressive team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for safeguarding the health and safety of our employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and promoting sustainable practices in all operations. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a robust safety culture across various ongoing projects. As a key player in JASARA PMC, you will be part of a groundbreaking team that aims to revolutionize the construction landscape in Saudi Arabia while adhering to the highest safety standards. You will have the opportunity to influence safety practices and contribute to the broader goals of Vision 2030 through effective management of health, safety, and environmental issues. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and standards for all operational activities. Monitor and enforce compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations and standards. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance. Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and coordinate corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Design and deliver effective safety training programs to staff and contractors to enhance safety awareness. Maintain accurate HSE records and prepare regular reports for management review and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with JASARA's safety objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices. Proven ability to develop and implement effective HSE programs and training. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams. Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
