The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years prior experience in Human Resources, with a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures, including current labor laws and technical recruiting. We are seeking someone who connects with people, is organized and has a detail-oriented mindset. Looking for successful experience with recruitment of technical mid/senior/executive level candidates - including programmers, data scientists, data analysts.
