Key Contributions We are seeking an energetic and proactive HR Intern (Internal Communication) Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on experience in employer branding, internal communication, and employee engagement initiatives, providing exposure to how companies build a strong workplace culture and attract top talent. Employer Branding & Communication Support employer branding content for social media and recruitment platforms Assist in creating internal communication materials Contribute ideas to showcase EPOS culture and employee experiences Internal Engagement & Events Support the planning and execution of internal activities, team events, and engagement programs Coordinate logistics and communication for company initiatives Additional ad-hoc tasks may be assigned as needed Requirements Final-year students or recent graduates majoring in Marketing, Communications, Media, Public Relations, or related fields Experience organizing events or participating in university clubs/activities is a plus Able to dedicate full-time availability for a 3-6 month engagement Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and able to utilize AI tools effectively Strong attention to detail with good communication and time management skills Positive, proactive, and professional attitude, with good organizational and coordination skills (especially for events or activities) Good English communication skills are mandatory Benefits We are a multinational, product-driven company specializing in proprietary POS solutions — developing in-house and delivering directly to our worldwide customers.
