Let’s build something extraordinary together!   Job Description As the People Operations Generalist at Butterfly, you will champion our values and ensure our workplace is supportive, efficient, and compliant. In this role, you will be the backbone of our rapidly growing, global People function - managing end-to-end employee lifecycles, global benefits, compliance, and Workday administration, while serving as the first-line support for our employees. Key Responsibilities:  Global Benefits & Leave Administration  Open Enrollment: Manage annual Open Enrollment communication and system configuration. Benefits Program Management: Administer U.S. and global benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness), and research/implement plans to support global expansion (e.g., Taiwan, Kenya, UAE, EU). Leave & Claims: Manage FMLA, ADA, state-specific leaves (e.g., MA PFML, NY PFL), parental leave, COBRA, and international statutory programs. Invoicing & Support: Audit and reconcile benefit invoices for financial accuracy, and resolve escalated employee inquiries with empathy and confidentiality. Employee Lifecycle Operations Onboarding & Offboarding: Own the end-to-end lifecycle for U.S. and international employees, including background checks, I-9 verification, and coordination with internal stakeholders. Immigration Support: Coordinate visa processes and compliance documentation in partnership with internal teams and external legal counsel. Workday HRIS Administration  System Management: Serve as the hands-on admin for Workday Core HCM, Benefits, and Leave modules, including managing Business Processes, Security Groups, integrations, file feeds, and data reporting. Data Integrity: Troubleshoot system issues, manage organizational structures, and generate reports to ensure flawless data integrity. HR Compliance & Policy Regulatory Compliance: Manage ACA reporting, CA Pay Data, Form 5500, non-discrimination testing, and 401(k) audits. Policies & SOPs: Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with federal, state, and local laws.
