Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and facilitating the completion of necessary paperwork. Handle employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records. Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Support employee relations activities, including handling employee grievances and disciplinary procedures. Coordinate and administer employee benefits and leave management. Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and initiatives. Provide administrative support to the HR team. Requirements Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar industry (ACMV). Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations. Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office applications. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
