The HR Data Analyst is responsible for transforming workforce and organisational data into meaningful insights that support better people related business decision-making. This role will partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to provide analysis, reporting, forecasting, and recommendations that improve organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee outcomes. Understanding business challenges and identifying opportunities where data can provide insight and support. Present findings in a clear and engaging manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
