The Role: Serve as HRIS Analyst by providing functional expertise by ensuring overall Human Resource data quality and integrity, global reporting requirements & compliance Data updating Work closely with regional HR teams to ensure data is updated in the HRIS on a regular basis. Data validation, quality checks & Global Reporting Validate, conduct thorough data quality checks and audits to identify discrepancies in the data uploaded in HRIS & ensure corrective actions. Perform regular payroll validations on established metrics, report variances and ensure corrective actions. Be responsible for ad hoc and periodic reporting requirements. Ticketing Support Manage the HRIS ticketing system for timely and accurate query resolution. Manage queries in shared inbox in accordance to global people ways of working and guidelines. Process Improvements Work with leaders and SMEs to identify areas for improvement and make suggestions on process enhancements. Provide global support and coverage partnering closely with cross-functional teams and be responsible for the planning, execution, and success of improvement projects. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in providing functional HRIS support preferably in global environment Familiarity with HR metrics and trends, and the ability to use data to inform HR strategy and decision-making. Experience of an HRIS. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with HR business partners and leaders. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Excellent working knowledge in MS Excel, Advanced Eye for detail. Results oriented. Good communication skills.
