As a part of our dynamic team, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with top healthcare providers in the country, applying AI-powered RPM solutions to tackle some of the most pressing challenges in healthcare - enhancing staff efficiency, improving patient outcomes, and pioneering the next generation of care models Dozee is an FDA-cleared, contactless remote patient monitoring platform — a patented, under-mattress sensor delivering hospital-grade telemetry so care teams catch deterioration earlier and act sooner. We're hiring our first HR hire in the U.S., based in Dallas, TX, to build and scale the Dozee team stateside — working closely with department heads and the Director – HR to hire the right people, get them onboarded well, and support every U.S. employee end to end. This is not a back-office administrative role. It is a builder's role for someone who wants to stand up HR in the U.S. from scratch, own the full employee experience, and be the person who makes Dozee feel like Dozee — three time zones away from headquarters.
