Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees across your assigned business area(s), advising on policies, best practices, and people matters as they arise.
Partner with HR Business Partner(s) to deliver talent management initiatives and year-end talent and performance processes.
Manage sensitive employee relations matters, including performance and absence management.
Facilitate core HR processes such as training requests, internal transfers, and terminations, ensuring a smooth and consistent employee experience.
Contribute to broader HR initiatives - such as policy reviews, engagement programmes, and process improvements - in partnership with HR Operations and other specialist areas.
Take ownership of client-area-specific projects and ad hoc reporting as they emerge, bringing a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
What makes a great candidate
3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Analyst role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
A solid grounding in UK employment law and HR best practice
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing operational delivery with longer-term projects
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take ownership of challenges
An Undergraduate Degree in a relevant subject
