Position Summary The HR Advisor plays a key role in supporting NAC’s people and operations by delivering comprehensive Human Resources services across the organization. Acting as a trusted partner to both employees and managers, this role provides full-cycle recruitment, employee relations support, policy and collective agreement interpretation, learning and development initiatives, and day-to-day HR advisory support.
