About the Role At Talent 360, HR is more than a support function—it’s our core business. As an HR Advisor, you’ll manage a portfolio of client accounts, advise business leaders, and deliver people solutions that make a real impact across Egypt and Saudi Arabia. What You’ll Do Act as the main HR contact for assigned client accounts and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders. Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and offboarding. Guide clients on HR policies, best practices, and labor law compliance. Handle employee relations matters professionally, confidentially, and with sound judgment. Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment needs and workforce planning. Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and reports. Help improve internal processes and the overall quality of service delivery. Requirements What We’re Looking For At least 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or similar people-focused HR role. Good working knowledge of Egyptian and/or Saudi labor law. Strong Arabic and English communication skills. The ability to manage several priorities effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional HR certification, such as HRCI, SHRM, or CIPD, is an advantage.
