SWOT Hospitality is looking to recruit Housekeeping Manager for an exciting new project in Paros , opening in 2026. We are seeking a dedicated and effective Housekeeping Manager to oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. About the role: Manage and lead the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the hotel. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring adherence to established procedures and standards. Monitor and manage housekeeping budgets, staffing levels, and inventory control for cleaning supplies and equipment. Develop training programs for the housekeeping staff, focusing on operational effectiveness and employee engagement. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate room readiness and address guest requests efficiently. Implement policies and procedures related to health and safety regulations. Requirements Proven experience in a housekeeping management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury hotels. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage workflows and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service standards. Fluency in English, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
