But wherever guests find themselves, from course to court, the meadow to the orchard, they’re never far from a plate of something delicious to satisfy any craving. What there is to it You’ll be joining a lively and passionate housekeeping team with a positive and warm attitude from day one. The key duties and responsibilities of this role will include: Cleaning and re-setting Cabins Changing bed linen and towels Stocking and maintaining an inventory of housekeeping supplies Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures Scrubbing and sanitising showers, bathtubs, toilets, countertops and sinks Vacuuming/mopping all areas including public areas Reporting breakages, damages and safety issues for repairs Positively engage and interact with guests Assist guests with any questions and queries Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly, escalating to the Housekeeping Manager, if necessary B
