We are seeking an experienced Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry production and innovation across all PAUL stores in Athens.  Key Responsibilities  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead the Pastry Department across all PAUL Greece locations.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Develop new pastry recipes and seasonal products.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure quality, consistency and presentation of all products.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee production, quality control and continuous improvement.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Implement PAUL recipes and Product Bible standards.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Plan production schedules and manage raw materials.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Recruit, train and develop the pastry team.  ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure HACCP and food safety compliance.   Requirements    Candidate Profile    &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef.  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong leadership and production management skills.  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent knowledge of French pastry production.  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Creativity and attention to detail.  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good English and computer skills.  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety.
