Description
Responsibilities Design and continuously evolve a unified performance framework across all functions and regions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities Translate company goals into clear, measurable performance standards and scorecards in collaboration with functional leaders Own the end-to-end quarterly performance cycle, ensuring disciplined execution, data integrity, and consistency across teams Lead performance and calibration discussions with senior management and C-level stakeholders to ensure objective, comparable evaluation Assess the quality and effectiveness of KPIs used across the business; challenge and refine metrics that do not reflect real outcomes Identify performance risks, inefficiencies, and misalignment between targets, execution, and results Ensure performance outcomes are used consistently in promotion, underperformance (PIP/exit), and reward decisions Partner with Finance and HR leadership to align performance results with compensation, bonuses, and salary review processes Define and enforce standards and guardrails for KPIs and metrics used in performance-related decision-making Prepare analytical materials and recommendations for executive committees related to performance, promotions, and rewards Build and lead a team responsible for performance operations, analytics, and governance Continuously improve performance systems and decision-making processes to support company growth and organisational maturity Requirements: 7+ years of professional experience in strategy, business operations, analytics, consulting, or performance-related leadership roles Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior leadership or management position Proven experience designing and operating performance frameworks in fast-growing, metrics-driven organisations Strong understanding of how performance metrics connect to business results, efficiency, and growth Experience leading structured performance or calibration discussions with senior and executive stakeholders Highly analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes, inconsistencies, and performance risks through data Ability to manage complex, time-bound initiatives with high standards for execution discipline and data quality Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to challenge assumptions and influence senior leaders constructively High level of ownership, integrity, and discretion when working with sensitive information Fluency in English; Ukrainian or Russian is a strong advantage Willingness to work from the Cyprus office Will be a plus: Experience in fintech, brokerage, payments, or other regulated, metrics-driven industries Background in top-tier consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or strategy roles in hyper-growth technology companies Experience linking performance metrics to compensation, incentives, or investment decisions Hands-on experience with BI, analytics platforms, or performance management tools We offer: Opportunity to work for a leading international brokerage company A high-impact leadership role with direct exposure to the CEO and executive team Chance to design and scale a company-wide performance system from the ground up 21 paid vacation days per year 10 paid sick leave days per year Public holidays according to the Cyprus Public holiday list Medical insurance Extensive relocation package Professional education budget Language learning budget Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear, and related expenses)
