Description
Spend a summer designing and bringing up real electronics alongside the founding hardware team.
What you'll do
- Contribute to schematic capture and PCB layout for Blackstar's hardware.
- Own a well-scoped project from design through implementation and review.
- Work directly with senior engineers on board bring-up and lab debugging.
What we're looking for
- Currently pursuing a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (Altium, KiCad, or equivalent).
- Available to work full-time and in person in San Francisco for at least 10 weeks.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with lab tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters).
- Personal projects, research, or coursework involving hardware design.
