As an  Electrical Engineer , you will help bring this breakthrough technology from prototype to international deployment. Working closely with  mechanical, software, hydraulic and physics engineers , you will solve complex engineering challenges, build innovative hardware and help shape the future of  clean energy infrastructure . Your benefits Technology & Innovation:  Develop the electrical hardware behind one of the world’s first Road Power Plants and contribute to a groundbreaking ClimateTech innovation with global potential.  Ownership:  Take responsibility for complete hardware development, from initial concepts and PCB design to testing, validation and production readiness.  Career Growth:  Grow together with a fast growing GreenTech startup and take on increasing technical responsibility as the company continues to scale.  Engineering Environment:  Work in a highly interdisciplinary team alongside electrical, mechanical, software, hydraulic engineers and physicists to solve complex real world challenges.  Development:  Benefit from structured onboarding, mentoring by experienced engineers and continuous learning opportunities.  Performance & Participation:  Performance based bonuses and the opportunity to earn company participation through exceptional contributions.  Work Environment:  Modern office, latest hardware, company parking, free drinks, snacks, kitchen and well equipped social areas.  Mobility:  Bike Leasing programme and organised carpool between Innsbruck and Mils.  Compensation:  Gross annual salary starting at  €45.000 , with the willingness to offer a higher salary depending on experience and qualifications.  Your responsibillities As an  Electrical Engineer , you will develop the electrical systems behind an innovative ClimateTech product and help prepare it for international serial production.  Hardware Development:  Design and develop electrical hardware for the next generation of the Road Power Plant.  Circuit Design:  Create electrical schematics, select components and design high quality PCB layouts.  Testing & Validation:  Perform simulations, laboratory testing, debugging and system validation.  Prototype Development:  Develop prototypes and support the transition into serial production.  System Integration:  Integrate sensors, actuators and control units into the overall product architecture.  Cross Functional Engineering:  Collaborate closely with mechanical, hydraulic, software and physics teams to solve interdisciplinary engineering challenges.  Field Testing:  Support real world testing and continuously improve hardware performance under practical operating conditions.  Continuous Improvement:  Optimize existing electrical systems with a strong focus on reliability, manufacturability and scalability.  Innovation:  Contribute to future controller generations and electrical architectures for international deployment.  Your profile as Electrical Engineer Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field.  Equivalent practical exp
