Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless operations. Maintain detailed records of interactions and appointments. Address customer issues promptly and seek resolutions to enhance satisfaction. Collaborate with staff to promote a positive and efficient environment. Experience in customer service or guest relations is advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
