Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're a YC-backed, seed-stage AI infrastructure company (San Francisco) building the foundational email layer for AI agents — think API-first, developer-native, and deeply integrated into the modern agentic stack. Our team of ~10 includes alumni from NVIDIA, Meta, Amazon, and top quant firms.
We're hiring our first GTM Engineer — a technical generalist who sits at the intersection of engineering and growth. You'll own the systems, tooling, and workflows that power how we acquire, activate, and retain developer customers. This is a high-leverage, highly autonomous role at a company growing fast in the AI agent ecosystem.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain GTM infrastructure: lead enrichment pipelines, outbound automation, CRM integrations, and attribution tooling.
- Write code (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to automate repetitive sales and marketing workflows end-to-end.
- Instrument product analytics and funnel tracking to surface actionable insights on developer activation and conversion.
- Collaborate closely with founders on go-to-market strategy, translating it into scalable, repeatable technical systems.
- Prototype and run growth experiments — from API onboarding flows to developer community outreach sequences.
- Own integrations with tools across the stack: CRMs, data warehouses, webhook pipelines, and third-party APIs.
- Act as a bridge between the product/engineering team and early customers, gathering technical feedback to inform roadmap priorities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required:
- Solid programming skills — comfortable writing production-quality scripts and automation (Python, TypeScript, or similar).
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and developer-facing products.
- Familiarity with GTM tooling (e.g. CRMs, outbound sequencing, lead enrichment, analytics platforms).
- Strong analytical mindset — you can define metrics, build dashboards, and draw conclusions from data.
- Bias for action: you ship fast, iterate, and aren't waiting for a perfect spec.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to speak both to engineers and to business stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Background at a developer tools, API-first, or AI/ML infrastructure company.
- Experience selling or marketing to technical audiences (developers, ML engineers, founders).
- Familiarity with the AI agent ecosystem, LLM tooling, or agentic workflow platforms.
- Prior experience in a founding GTM, sales engineering, or growth engineering role at an early-stage startup.
LOCATION
This role is based on-site in San Francisco, CA. We work in person and move fast — co-location is a core part of how we operate at this stage.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation will be competitive for a seed-stage company and will include a meaningful equity component. Specific details will be discussed during the interview process.
