OBJECTIVE The ideal candidate is a dynamic, hands-on Engineering Manager with a strong background in data platform architecture and cybersecurity platforms. The ideal candidate will combine technical leadership with strategic vision to drive platform development, scale secure data systems, and manage high-performing engineering teams. This role is key to strengthening our security posture and enabling scalable, reliable data pipelines that serve internal and customer-facing applications. Primary Objectives in this Role: · Lead and mentor the engineering teams building our core data and cybersecurity platforms into world class teams. · Own architectural decisions and platform strategy for high-availability, high-security systems. · Foster a strong engineering culture grounded in innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
