About the team The Online Growth & Marketing team is responsible for driving SumUp's online acquisition and leading marketing efforts in Brazil, one of our most strategic markets. As Growth Performance Manager, you'll own Brazil's acquisition engine and local marketing agenda — from performance marketing and digital growth to brand awareness and local campaigns. You'll oversee one of the region's largest marketing budgets, lead a team of marketers and performance specialists, and work closely with local and global teams to deliver measurable business impact.
