About the role We’re looking for an ambitious Growth Operations hire to join our Helsinki HQ. Your mission: make every Huuva venue perform like our best one. You’ll operate at the intersection of operations, growth, and customer experience — analyzing data, running local growth campaigns, fine-tuning menus, and engaging directly with customers to ensure every experience exceeds expectations. This is a role for someone who learns by doing, acts fast, and finds satisfaction in improving the details that make a business scale. You’ll be close to the data, the customers, and the kitchens — where the real growth happens. What you’ll do Analyze sales, demand, and menu performance data to identify growth opportunities Plan and execute local growth campaigns that drive measurable sales increases Manage and optimize menus across Wolt, Uber, and in-store kiosks Collaborate with Kitchen Operations and Business Development to deliver operational excellence Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and surface insights Turn manual or repetitive tasks into efficient, scalable processes You’ll thrive here if you Have a strong commercial mindset — you think in numbers, not noise Are both creative and systematic — you care about precision and execution Have demonstrated a can-do attitude by achieving something meaningful in work, studies, or personal pursuits Learn fast and take initiative instead of waiting for instructions Are fluent in Finnish and English Are based in Helsinki and willing to work at the office daily What we offer Salary range: 3,500–4,000 €/month, depending on experience Option package — real ownership in the company’s future The chance to learn directly from top-tier operators and Michelin-level chefs A steep learning curve and fast career progression as Huuva scales Transparent, high-performance culture built on autonomy and accountability Why this role matters Every campaign, menu update, and customer conversation you manage shapes how thousands of people experience food, and how fast we grow.
