The three principles, or what we call as 3DNAs became the foundation and sets the guideline for the Magician belief system: Everyone is an owner, Growth Mindset, and A Will to Win Job Description Create engaging visual content for social media and internal campaigns Conceptualize and design creative assets including posters, infographics, and presentation materials Assist in developing design concepts and layouts aligned with brand guidelines Support in photo and video editing, retouching, and optimizing for various platforms Collaborate with the People team to maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels Stay updated with design trends and suggest fresh ideas to enhance brand visuals Requirements Fresh graduate or final year student in Art/Design or equivalent Able to work well in a team, also independently Proficiency using FIGMA or Adobe illustrator Experience in creating animation or illustration is preferred Good understanding of design process, and have a good sense of style Familiarity with Google Sites design and page creation is a plus Benefits Join us as we make magic happen to increase Indonesia’s financial inclusion!
