This is primarily an implementation and engineering role. You'll own the technical side of measurement — GA4 configuration, Google Tag Manager, event and conversion tracking, data layer setup, and the troubleshooting that ensures the numbers are accurate and trustworthy. Other teams handle most of the analysis and interpretation; your job is to make sure the tracking foundation underneath them is solid. The role is async and flexible — you set your own hours week to week — with the one requirement that you can hop on a call between 9:00am and 12:00pm ET when needed. Being comfortable joining client calls to explain implementations is a big plus. This is an ideal role for someone who's genuinely good at analytics engineering and wants meaningful, flexible part-time work across a portfolio of accounts. RESPONSIBILITIES - Configure and maintain GA4 across Nexus client and Foundry for Good properties, including migration cleanup - Implement event tracking, custom events, conversions, and goals - Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, including data layer configuration - Build Looker Studio dashboards and reporting as needed - Handle cross-domain tracking, consent mode, and server-side tagging where required - Debug and resolve tracking issues to ensure data accuracy and reliability - Document tracking setups and implementations for internal teams - Join client calls to explain implementations and answer technical questions (a big plus) - Collaborate with account, SEO, and analytics teams who handle downstream analysis SETUP - This is a work-from-home, part-time role - Target of 5–10 hours per week, paid hourly - Async and flexible scheduling — you set your own hours week to week - Must be available to join calls between 9:00am and 12:00pm ET as needed REQUIREMENTS - Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term, part-time role - Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills - Strong academic background with an outstanding General Weighted Average - Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field - Hands-on expertise implementing GA4 and Google Tag Manager - Strong experience with event tracking, conversions, and data layer configuration - Experience with Looker Studio for dashboards and reporting - Familiarity with cross-domain tracking, consent mode, and server-side tagging - Strong debugging skills and a sharp eye for data accuracy - Ability to work independently and reliably with minimal oversight - Comfortable joining client calls to explain technical work clearly (a big plus) - Comfortable working cross-functiona
