Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is looking for an enthusiastic and passion-driven Quality Assistant Manager  to join the Global Quality team based in London. This role is accountable for managing the product quality for Makeup and Skin care categories and to contribute to deliver the most high-performing and high-quality products in the industry. The Quality Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and external manufacturers and will be responsible for leading specific processes such as development testing, quality inspections and QC processes for export to international markets .   As a Global Quality Assistant Manager you will cover the following  Quality in Development & Quality Control Lead and coordinate quality activities for new NPD projects Design and evaluate stability and compatibility studies and other relevant tests Define defects range boards for finished goods,  review and approval of product specifications, attendance to  line trials and approval of trial reports, review and sign-off of development samples and mass production samples.   Issuance of internal finished goods specification Review and issuing of Certificates of Analysis and other QC documentation on a weekly basis for international markets such as India, Indonesia , US , etc.. Organise inbound inspections and preparation of the documentation for global warehouses in accordance with AQL international standards Organize, monitor and evaluate results of testing with external laboratories on regular basis for new developments and existing products  Support on colour matching /colour approvals when required Quality Compliance Managing Non-Conformities , changes and improvement plans ( corrective/preventative) Quarterly review and preparation of updates related to quality KPIs Monitoring monthly the customer complaints and trends on products returned from market Ensuring that customer complaints are managed effectively and escalated when needed, Ensure maintenance of the QMS software, keeping up to date documents and information  Issuing and circulation of SOPs, work instructions and protocols Participate in the evaluation and qualification of critical suppliers Who You will work with Reporting to Global Quality Manager Partnering with NPD, Packaging, Supply, Commercial and Procurement teams Interacting daily with contract manufacturers and packaging component suppliers Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering  or another related scientific field Significant experience in a quality role within the cosmetics industry Good understanding of formulas, c
