In this high-impact position, you will work closely with senior leadership, guide regional QHSE teams, and drive continuous improvement in quality, safety, and operational excellence across a fast-growing and innovative organization. As our organization continues to grow, we are further strengthening and standardizing our global Quality, QHSE, and ESG framework. What will you do as Global QHSE Manager? As Global QHSE Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving Intero's global Quality Management System alongside our broader QHSE strategy. You will ensure consistent quality standards across all regions, safeguard the integrity of our inspection processes, and drive a strong safety and quality culture throughout the organization. You will report directly to the CEO and provide functional leadership to regional QHSE teams worldwide. Your key responsibilities include: Quality Management Owning and continuously improving our global Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring it meets ISO 9001 and industry-specific quality standards Setting quality objectives, KPIs, and monitoring mechanisms across all regions and business lines Leading root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes for quality-related non-conformities and customer complaints Safeguarding data integrity and process quality in our inspection and reporting workflows, given their safety-critical use Driving a culture of quality ownership at every level of the organization, from field operations to head office Leading internal and external quality audits and ensuring timely closure of findings Partnering with operations and engineering to embed quality checks into project delivery and reporting standards QHSE Leadership Developing, implementing, and safeguarding QHSE strategy, policies, and improvement programs Identifying and managing key QHSE and ESG risks, including structural improvement initiatives Coaching and supporting employees at all levels to strengthen safety and quality awareness and continuous improvement Developing and leading the global QHSE team to ensure strong capabilities and consistent execution
