Description
About Payoneer Founded in 2005, Payoneer is the global financial platform that removes friction from doing business across borders, with a mission to connect the world’s underserved businesses to a rising global economy. We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories. By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows–including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence–we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence. Role Summary As a Global Marketing Program Manager, you will own and scale global marketing programs and operational systems that turn business priorities into structured, repeatable, and measurable execution across markets. This role focuses on building the program infrastructure, governance, workflows, and cross-functional rhythms needed to deliver strategic projects at scale. You will operate as a strong cross-functional program lead—working closely with Product Marketing, Growth, Creative, Sales, RevOps, and Regional teams—to manage project roadmaps, improve delivery predictability, scale localization and translation workflows, and embed AI-enabled ways of working across marketing operations. Hybrid / Full-time What You’ll Do Build & Run Global Marketing Programs • Own the planning, coordination, and delivery of global marketing programs and strategic projects aligned to business, GTM, and revenue priorities. • Translate priorities into clear program plans with defined scope, milestones, dependencies, owners, risks, and success metrics. • Manage project roadmaps, timelines, and delivery rituals to ensure teams are aligned and execution stays on track. Drive Operational Excellence & Governance • Establish repeatable program workflows, briefing templates, stage gates, RACI models, and operating cadences that improve clarity, accountability, and speed to market. • Support intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and resource coordination across Creative, Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and Regional teams. • Track delivery health, identify risks and dependencies early, and communicate progress, blockers, and decisions clearly to stakeholders. Embed AI-Enabled Ways of Working • Support the adoption of AI-enabled workflows across marketing operations, including briefing, content adaptation, translation, reporting, and project management. • Create reusable templates, prompts, process guidance, and governance practices that help teams scale output while maintaining quality and compliance. • Track operational impact such as speed to market, cost efficiency, quality improvements, and adoption of AI-supported processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, RevOps, Creative, and Regional stakeholders to deliver programs on time and with clear ownership.• Facilitate planning sessions, milestone reviews, launch readiness checks, and postproject retrospectives.  • Build strong relationships with global and regional teams, helping drive adoption of shared processes, tools, and ways of working. Who You Are • 5–7 years of experience in program management, marketing operations, project management, or integrated marketing roles, ideally within B2B, fintech, or technology companies. • Strong experience managing cross-functional programs or projects with multiple stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. • Operationally strong, structured, and detail-oriented, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and execution rhythms. • Comfortable working with global and regional teams and supporting localization, translation, or multi-market
