Position Summary To advance  Teach For All's 25-year vision , we are seeking a Global Learning Lead of the Fellowship Programs that Teach For All network partners run. This person will lead global learning and network partner support of the training, support, and development of fellowship participants.    This leadership role sets the overarching vision and strategic priorities for strengthening network participant development, including ensuring students’ holistic development, participant retention and participant leadership development. The role will lead a global team to foster strong pre-service training, ongoing professional development, teacher coaching, leadership and career development, cohort culture, and systems for monitoring, evaluation, and learning across these functions within 60+ partner organizations and 30 prospective partners. This will include growing the capacities of network partner staff members to deliver high-impact programs. This role reports directly to the CEO and will work collaboratively with the other teams at Teach For All to contribute to cohesive support of network partners and global learning that advances progress towards our vision of enabling all children to have the education, support, and opportunity to shape a better future for themselves and all of us. About the Team The Fellowship Programs team is composed of a diverse, globally distributed group of teacher training and coaching specialists, learning experience designers, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) specialists, operating in a fluid, highly collaborative environment. Together, they partner directly with network CEOs, Heads of Training, Heads of MEL, and programmatic teams across the Teach For All network. The team coaches and supports network partners to design and execute highly rigorous fellowship programs that drive measurable holistic outcomes for students, and prepare fellows to be lifelong collective leaders for systems change. Key Responsibilities 1. Foster the development of highly effective fellowship programs across the Teach For All network (50%) Set Vision and Priorities: Set priorities to strengthen network partners’ and prospective partners’ approach to fostering strong fellowship cohorts, achieving holistic student development, and advancing the collective leadership of fellows. Enable the seamless integration of the Teaching As Collective Leadership framework into all partner program components, including pre-service training institutes, coaching frameworks, ongoing teacher development, and alumni readiness.  Foster Fellowship Strength: Lead a team that provides coaching and learning opportunities to network partners to strengthen fellowship program outcomes, including student outcomes and participant retention, satisfaction, and development. Ensure Strong Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL): Lead the team to ensure partners have the measurement tools, data systems, and routine practices needed to track student, fellow, and alumni outcomes. Drive Evidence-Based Improvements: Foster learning loops that surface insights about how to grow student outcomes, fellow retention, and participant development. 2. Advance global learning on teacher-leader development (25%) Advance a Global Learning Agenda: Collaborate with the Global Institute for Shaping a Better Future’s learning leads to develop and execute a learning agenda to surface and advance insights about how to develop teachers who develop students holistically. Foster Network Learning on Fellowship Programs: Shape the learning agenda and lead the effort to generate insights about what approaches foster the strongest fellowship outcomes.
