ABOUT THE JOB Build and scale FuriosaAI's global finance infrastructure to support international growth. Help establish scalable finance, compliance, and governance frameworks as the company expands globally and prepares for IPO readiness. Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to build a strong foundation for long-term growth and operational excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES - Support establishment and ongoing management of overseas subsidiaries and offices - Coordinate accounting, treasury, tax, compliance, and audit activities across jurisdictions - Manage banking relationships, intercompany transactions, and transfer pricing processes - Support implementation of scalable finance, compliance, and internal control frameworks across global operations - Partner with external advisors and local service providers globally - Contribute to IPO readiness and public-company finance infrastructure MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - 3–6 years in accounting, finance, audit, or international finance operations - Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance requirements - Ability to operate independently across multiple jurisdictions - Experience supporting international expansion and cross-border operations in a high-growth company preferred - High intellectual curiosity regarding AI, semiconductors, and technology infrastructure is strongly preferred CAREER OPPORTUNITY This role offers the opportunity to help build one of the world's leading AI semiconductor companies as it scales toward IPO and beyond.
