Job Summary This role sits within the growing Total Rewards Centre of Excellence and will provide analytical and operational support to the Global Compensation Senior Manager during a period of significant compensation redesign and harmonisation. The Analyst will provide operational support across global reward activities, including maintaining BAU processes, conducting benchmarking and job evaluation, completing reward analysis and modelling, and supporting the annual merit and salary review cycle. The role also supports benchmark survey submissions, updates pay ranges, and assists with reward-related transformation projects as required. This position requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail and the ability to translate data into commercially relevant insights. Office Location Requirement to work primarily a EU / APAC timezones but flexibility can be provided. Requirements Key Responsibilities Benchmarking Conduct job evaluation using established frameworks and tools. Complete benchmarking analysis and supporting market pricing requests. Prepare reward analysis and insights for decision-making. Compensation Framework & Job Architecture Support  Support the maintenance of the new global job architecture  Support creation and maintenance of pay ranges and benchmarking datasets Participate in salary surveys and prepare market pricing analysis Assist with pay equity and competitiveness analysis Annual Compensation Cycle & BAU Delivery  Support planning and execution of annual salary review and bonus cycles Partner with HR to validate data, funding allocations and guideline adherence Systems & Process Optimisation Support the implementation of Workday’s advanced compensation module by ensuring accurate data and aiding system testing Provide operational support on reward transformation or process improvement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Core Competencies Strong analytical skills and mathematical aptitude required, Strong excel / google sheets skills. Experience in data modelling Experience working with Workday’s Advanced Compensation Module desirable. Exposure to global compensation frameworks desirable High attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to manage multiple project deliverables in a fast-paced environment Clear written and verbal communication skills Structured, process-oriented mindset Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage but not required).
