Our subsidiary (First Tech) is seeking a highly experienced GIS Developer, Senior with proven experience in delivering enterprise-grade web applications, geospatial intelligence platforms, and workflow automation solutions, preferably for government organizations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable enterprise web applications using .NET technologies. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, backend services, and responsive Single Page Applications (SPAs). Build and maintain GIS applications and spatial data solutions using Esri technologies. Design, optimize, and support SQL Server databases and integrate with Oracle and MySQL where required. Implement secure authentication and authorization using modern security frameworks and protocols. Develop reports and workflow automation solutions to support business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support. Ensure software quality, performance, security, and compliance with development best practices. Requirements Core Experience ·     Proven experience in designing, developing, and supporting mission-critical enterprise web applications. ·     Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable software solutions. ·     Experience leading development activities throughout the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, implementation, API integration, testing, deployment, and production support. ·     Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies. Backend Development ·     Strong hands-on experience with: -      .NET Core -      ASP.NET Core -      ASP.NET MVC Core -      ASP.NET MVC 5 -      C# -      RESTful Web APIs -      WCF (SOAP) Services -      Entity Framework -      LINQ ·     Experience designing and implementing clean, scalable application architectures. ·     Experience documenting APIs using Swagger. Frontend Development ·     Strong experience with: -      Angular -      React -      TypeScript -      JavaScript (ES6+) -      HTML5 -      CSS3 -      Bootstrap 5 -      jQuery -      Vanilla JavaScript ·    Experience developing responsive web applications and Single Page Applications (SPA).
