Pay : $120,000 - $160,000 per year
Schedule : Monday to Friday – Day shifts, some projects may require evening shift. (Weekends as needed scheduled with notice)

Key Responsibilities of the General Superintendent include :
Oversee and coordinate the installation of sheet metal systems in commercial construction projects
Manage a team of sheet metal mechanics
Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget
Maintain the highest quality standards in the work performed
Review and approve shop drawings and submittals
Works with pre-construction, project management, and operations to forecast manpower needs and schedule accordingly
Coordinate with other trades and contractors to ensure seamless integration of sheet metal systems
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Provide excellent customer service
Keep accurate records of progress and completion of projects
Qualified candidates will have :
High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Preferred)
10+ years of experience as a sheet metal superintendent or similar role in commercial construction
Strong knowledge of sheet metal installation and fabrication techniques
Strong knowledge of sheet metal codes and regulations
Strong leadership and management skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and lead a team of other mechanics
Must have a valid driver's license
