Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all operational aspects of construction projects, focusing on M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) systems and data centre facilities. Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Manage and mentor project managers and teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and relationship management throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Analyze project risks and implement strategies for mitigation. Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry best practices. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction, M&E, and data centre projects. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and relevant regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
