Requirements Job Title: Generative AI Engineer Location: Sydney Employment Type: Full-time / Contract Start Date: Immediate About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generative AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge AI solutions. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying generative AI models and applications, with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), Python programming, and cloud-based infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems that leverage generative AI capabilities for real-world applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and fine-tune Generative AI models using LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Mistral). Build scalable and efficient pipelines for training and deploying GenAI models. Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications and services. Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to define use cases and deliver AI-powered solutions. Optimize model performance and ensure responsible AI practices. Maintain and improve existing GenAI systems and tools. Document processes, model architectures, and deployment strategies. Required Skills & Experience: Strong expertise in Python for AI/ML development, including libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc. Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks. Experience in building and deploying AI models in production environments. Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation techniques. Understanding of NLP, deep learning, and transformer architectures. Experience with REST APIs and integrating AI models into applications. Preferred / Added Advantage: Exposure to Cloud Engineering and deployment on platforms like Azure and AWS . Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of data privacy, security, and ethical AI considerations. Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
