A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: Experience: Two years’ experience involving landscape and supporting facilities and structures. Training: Equivalent to the twelfth grade. Bilingual, oral and written (Spanish) preferred, not required. License or Credential: Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid California’s Driver’s License issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles. Currently we have one open position that serves River Delta USD. We are located 12 miles from Antioch, 20 miles from Fairfield, 21 miles from Dixon, 23 miles from Lodi and Galt, 24 miles from Elk Grove, 29 miles from Vacaville. Work Schedule: 12 Months a year Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Classified Employees Salary Schedule Range 11 : $23.35 - $27.07 Hourly Placement dependent on verifiable years of experience. Five years of credit may be granted for experience. Placement requirement may be waived by the Board of Trustees. Benefits up to $1500 monthly, towards the purchase of District sponsored benefits. The District has 8 small schools: (4) K-6 elementary schools; (2) middle schools; and (2) high schools serving the communities of Clarksburg, Hood, Courtland, Walnut Grove, Ryde, Locke, Isleton, Rio Vista, Birds Landing, and Collinsville. The River Delta Unified School District sits in three counties – Sacramento, Solano, and Yolo. Although it is a tri-county district, it is served by the Sacramento County Office of Education. River Delta Unified School District is committed to providing a quality education for all students and has high standards and expectations for students' success in school. We are committed to ensuring that our students meet these standards and that our clients' expectations for educational excellence are not compromised. The District continually improves and expands its curriculum by implementing new programs and broadening the instructional strategies used in the classroom. Staff development opportunities are provided, encouraged, and promoted.
