To be considered, please complete a brief pre‑recorded interview by opening the link below in a new tab:  https://myint.video/aF-msQV3lt What We Offer Full-time schedule: 40+ hours per week Typical work week: 45–50 hours Paid overtime (1.5x) Hands-on training program (3–5 months) Clear path for career advancement Earning potential after training: $50,000–$90,000+ per year Responsibilities Install custom garage door components Perform residential garage door and opener repairs Operate a scissor lift (training & certification provided) Complete commercial door repairs Install residential and commercial motors Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues Provide excellent customer service Perform annual maintenance services Program garage door electronics What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Team-first attitude Basic experience with hand and power tools (preferred) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Compensation $18-20 per hour during training (6 -12 months) Overtime paid at 1.5x After training and assignment of a company vehicle, Master Technicians typically earn $50K–$90K+ annually , depending on performance and workload   🎯 What You’ll Get Training & Tools: We’ll set you up with the technical training, product knowledge, and tools you need to succeed.
