As a Ganger, you will lead a small team of operatives delivering civil engineering and utility projects safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of site activities, ensuring works are completed in accordance with company procedures, client specifications and programme requirements.   Working closely with Supervisors, Site Managers and Project Managers, you will provide leadership on site, promote a positive safety culture and ensure your team has the resources, information and support needed to deliver successful projects across East Anglia the East Midlands and South Lincolnshire.
