SINCE YOUR ROLE WILL RARELY FIT A JOB DESCRIPTION, WE ONLY WROTE A CRISP OVERVIEW. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING IN THIS ROLE - Build end-to-end product features, from designing APIs to implementing polished UIs - Architect reliable and scalable systems across the stack - Collaborate closely with product and design to to turn concepts into seamless product flows - Maintain a strong focus on code quality, testing, and long-term maintainability - Contribute to our engineering practices and help shape technical culture WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Comfortable moving between different parts of the stack to solve problems - Clear communicator who thrives in collaborative problem-solving - Systems thinking - you see how product decisions ripple through the stack - Appetite for learning and working in ambiguity - Curiosity - Big ambitions - Kindness Our current stack includes Node.js + TypeScript, React, Event Sourcing, Express, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, AWS.
