Full Time - Store Assistant Manager at MACE Ballisodare We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Assistant Manager to join our team at MACE in Ballisodare, Ireland. As the Store Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service. Role includes: Assist the store manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns Supervise and train store staff to ensure high performance and productivity levels Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering and receiving merchandise Ensure store cleanliness and organisation to create a welcoming environment for customers Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify areas for improvement The ideal candidate for this position will have previous retail experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
