National Star Services is a 28-year-old facility management company providing services nationwide and we are currently seeking a Full-Time Bilingual Janitor to join our team in Naperville, IL 60540 .   The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Clean and maintain the common areas of two adjacent 5-story condominium buildings Clean areas including the vestibules, lobbies, management offices, restrooms, fitness centers, community rooms, outdoor decks, mail rooms, elevators, and stairwells. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas to maintain a clean and professional appearance. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Follow all safety procedures regarding the use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.   Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday 1st Shift:  8:00 AM – 4:30 PM   Start Date: August 18, 2026   Hourly Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour (Biweekly Pay)   Requirements: Be bilingual (English and Spanish). Must have two valid forms of ID (Photo ID & SSC) Previous commercial and/or residential cleaning experience is required. Background check will be conducted. Must be able to start working as soon as August 18th.
